Our first impression (we had been there once before but it has been 10+ yrs ago) was that it was very clean and they had everything spaced due to Covid which was nice. We had spent the previous day at the casinos in Biloxi so we didn’t plan on gambling more but ended up there anyways. My husband I ventured into Harrahs yesterday to get away from the Mardi Gras parade crowds. So in conclusion.NEVER again will I stay in this HOTEL. Not even for Diamond Plus considering all the $$$ I drop in their Casino the last 3 days and nights.

She said checkout is 11am and $25 an hour for late checkout. And I asked if we can have a late checkout since our flight is not till 7pm. No greetings almost like they hate working there. Went to the Casino and went to the players club to get a new card since my card doesn't work in their machines and they are not very welcoming like they do in Vegas. No hangers in the closet and no housekeeping and there was stain on the couch. But this heavy set Caucasian was rude to tell me to stand in line. I've got back at 5:30 and went in front of the line to ask if I need to stand in line just to get my keys since I'm all checked in. I got a voicemail saying my room is ready at 3pm but we were in a.city tour.

I'm a Diamond Plus Status with Ceasars Total Rewards and hoping I can get some especial treatment like Vegas.

She also said we can check in at 12 for early check in for $25. We were to the front desk and checked in but we were told the rooms are not ready and she'll text me when it's ready. We arrived early around 10 am from our cruise which is real nearby.
